Remove the VPN from the Chinese App Store

In recent days, the Internet has circulated that Apple has blocked access to all of the VPNs in the Chinese App Store.

Apple, in a message sent to developers, said that applications that connect to the Internet through VPNs are illegal in China and must therefore be withdrawn from the App Store. The case informed the VPN ExpressVPN provider by providing a piece of the message he had received from Apple.

Until now, VPNs have been the most effective way to bypass China's Internet censorship , but as reported recently, the Chinese authorities have begun a vigorous battle against this service, wanting to block it altogether. Apple has met with huge criticism from network users.

At the last conference, journalists asked Tim Cook to comment on the case. He stated that Apple must comply with the law of the country in which it operates. Blocked VPNs did not have the appropriate license granted by the Chinese authorities and therefore had to be removed from the Chinese App Store.

On allegations that, in the case of an FBI request to create a phone access capability for the San Bernardino terrorist, Apple has objected, responding that the company was operating under US law at the time.
